Booking is easy, all that's required to start with is to check availability, choose what dates you want to stay, then send a deposit of $100 per week required. Payment accepted by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (via paypal). Once I have your deposit, I will confirm the dates booked and give you a reservation number. The balance is due eight weeks before you travel.

Upon final confirmation you will receive full directions from Orlando International (MCO) and Sanford International Airports (SFB) are within 35 and 60 minutes drive respectively.
The property is thoroughly cleaned and checked before your stay. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged by request, subject to an additional charge. Florida Homes International are the property managing agents, have offices just a few minutes away from the villa, are available to solve any problems that may arise. 24 hour service is provided for emergencies.

If you have young children with you we can arrange for Cribs and High Chairs to be available – a welcome pack of household goods and groceries can be arranged to avoid a first day supermarket trip.
A guide to local attractions, restaurants and amenities is provided in the house, together with comprehensive operating instructions for all the household appliances.
